Through a thorough and complete interviewing and screening process, Willow can be sure to only take on candidates which meet or exceed these criteria.

By working with parents throughout many years, Lizzie has a vast understanding of what parents want, what works and what makes a good nanny/maternity nurse.  She uses this knowledge and applies it to what she looks for in a candidate and how to best match a candidate and a family together.
