Permanent UK Placements

For placements in the UK, Willow charges a total of five week's of the nanny's gross salary.

This is the total cost to the Client should they employ a nanny inclusive of taxes.  

Please note there is a £1500 minimum fee for any permanent UK placements.

Trialling a Nanny

If you wish to trial a nanny, the first week is free of charge.  If you wish you wish to trial a Nanny beyond the first week, then a fee of £20 per trial day becomes payable.

Temporary/Emergency UK Placements

The total cost to the Client should they wish to employ a;

Nanny                                                                £25 per day booked for the first 4 weeks and then  £20 per day booked thereafter

Maternity Nurse/Night Nanny/Ah Hoc Nanny    £150 membership fee and then £20 per day booked 

Babysitter                                                          £200 for an unlimited membership (Please note that this is per babysitter that you choose to engage in employment.  I do make                                                                                 sure the candidate is available to do majority of the babysitting work you require for at least 12 months)

Please note there is a minimum fee of £200 for all Temporary UK Placements excluding a babysitter.  

Overseas Placements - Permanent and Temporary

The total cost to the Client should they wish to employ a nanny overseas is;

Nanny - Permanent     5 weeks of the nanny's gross weekly salary

Nanny - Temporary     £150 per week booked

Maternity Nurse           £150 per week booked

Please note that a minimum fee for Permanent Overseas placements is £2500 and for Temporary Overseas placements is £250.

Trouble-Shooting

Please note that all fees are payable in full prior to the candidate starting employment.  A !0% charge will be added to any fees not paid within 14 days of being invoiced.
