"I cannot recommend an 'agency' more highly than Willow Nannies & Maternity. I use inverted commas because finding a nanny though Lizzie felt nothing like that of an agency. Her personal, caring, down-to-earth and tailor made approach is what sets her apart. I was incredibly anxious about employing a full time nanny as our 2 and a half year old had been at full time nursery since 8 months old and the thought of him adjusting, as well as finding someone we could trust and feel happy leaving our children with daily, was stressful. We needed a nanny that could balance our Toddler's needs and that of our baby, who was 7 months at the time. Lizzie listened in depth to my must have list, also understanding that personality type was as important as qualifications.
