A lovely family of four children, aged 6, 8, 10 and 12, are looking for a warm, reliable and proactive nanny to join them in Barnes from November.

Core hours Monday–Friday, 3.30pm–7.30pm**, with the family open to paying for around **30 hours per week**. There is flexibility to start from 2pm if the nanny would like some additional hours for household organisation and preparation. Extra hours can also be topped up through **weekly babysitting and/or occasional Saturdays**.

This is a **shared-care role**, with Mum around to help navigate the busy afternoons. Duties will include school collections, taking the children to activities, helping with homework, preparing simple meals and keeping on top of the children's areas and routines.

The family would also consider someone happy to help with some **light housekeeping**, provided they are genuinely clean, organised and take pride in keeping the home tidy.

The family are relocating to **Barnes (SW13 9LY)** in mid-October and are ideally looking for someone to start in November, with the possibility of some earlier settling-in days beforehand. They are also open to considering a **junior nanny** with the right attitude and approach.
