Full-Time Nanny | Notting Hill, W11

A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill, W11 are seeking an experienced, professional and nurturing Nannyto join their household on a long-term basis.

The family have three children: a 2.5-year-old boy and two girls aged 6 and 9. The girls are relatively independent and primarily require love, support and assistance with their day-to-day logistics, while the main focus of the role will be their charming and energetic toddler.

The family are looking for a confident, capable and hands-on Nanny who is experienced with toddlers and able to provide a warm, stimulating and well-structured environment. Someone who is naturally organised and enjoys taking ownership of both the children's routines and the practical elements of family life would be ideal.

The Role

• 45+ hours per week, likely 10am–7pm
• Occasional babysitting and proxy parenting
• Flexibility to travel internationally for 3–4 weeks, twice a year, plus occasional shorter trips
• Primary responsibility for the children, with an au pair and housekeeper providing additional support and weekend cover
• Full responsibility when travelling with the family
• Start ASAP, although the family are willing to wait for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Nanny will have:

• Strong experience caring for toddlers and young children
• A warm, loving and nurturing personality
• Excellent organisational and household management skills
• Confidence with cooking and preparing family meals
• The maturity and flexibility to manage a busy family household
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in supporting the children's development and wellbeing
• Ideally, previous long-term positions with families, demonstrating stability and commitment
• German-speaking skills would be highly desirable
