Nanny – Kensington Olympia, W14

A warm and welcoming family based in Kensington Olympia are seeking an experienced, proactive and hands-on Nanny to join them from September 2026.

This is a shared-care role working alongside an involved mum, so the family are looking for someone who is confident supporting parents, using their initiative and becoming a valued extension of the family. They would love to find a nanny who is warm, fun and reliable – someone with an "auntie-like" approach who genuinely enjoys spending time with children while helping to keep family life running smoothly.

The family already employ a cleaner and mum enjoys cooking, however they are looking for someone who is happy to muck in and provide practical support across both childcare and family assistant duties.

Responsibilities will include:

• Collecting the eldest child from school and managing school-related routines
• Caring for and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
• Planning creative play, outings and educational activities
• Supporting with homework and after-school routines
• Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children where required
• Children's laundry and family washing
• Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas and belongings organised and tidy
• Organising school bags, uniforms and children's equipment
• Accompanying the children to activities and appointments
• Providing general household support to help the family stay organised
• Working collaboratively alongside mum and adapting to the family's needs
