A warm and welcoming family based in SW18 are seeking a dedicated and proactive nanny to care for their 4.5-year-old twins (one boy and one girl). This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy, working mother in a sole-charge role, providing both childcare and overall household support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm

The Role:
This is a busy and rewarding position, ideal for a nanny who can confidently take initiative and help ease the mental load of a working parent. The ideal candidate will be fun, calm, and energetic, creating a positive and structured environment for the children while ensuring the smooth running of their daily routines.

Responsibilities include:

• Sole charge care of twins (4.5 years old)
• Managing morning and evening routines
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting development and school readiness
• Preparing healthy meals for the children
• Nursery duties (children’s laundry, tidying play areas, etc.)
• Providing general support to ensure a well-run household

Candidate Requirements:

• Warm, positive, and calm approach
• Proactive and organised, with the ability to take initiative
• Energetic and engaging, with a genuine love for childcare
• Able to support a busy working parent and reduce day-to-day mental load
• Experience with a similar age group preferred (open to candidates with slightly less experience)
• SEN experience would be a bonus, but not essential

Additional Information:

• No driving required
• No pets in the household
• Travel required: 1–2 weeks in Europe over the summer
