**Full-Time Live-Out Nanny – W3 7LR, London**

A warm, welcoming and busy family based in W3 (Acton) is seeking a positive, energetic and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their three children aged 7, 5 and 3 years of age. This is a long-term, live-out position ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with children and supporting their development as they grow.

**Start Date:** Mid-April (flexible for the right candidate)

**Days & Hours:**
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
*Flexibility available for a later start (e.g. 11:00am) 1–2 days per week if preferred*

**Children:**
* 7 years old (school-aged)
* 5 years old (school-aged)
* 3 years old (nursery-aged)

One child has ADHD and is thriving in a mainstream school setting. The family are looking for a nanny who can provide calm, consistent and emotionally supportive care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* School and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, particularly for the youngest child
* Supporting homework and after-school routines
* Providing emotional support and guidance where needed
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
* Managing daily routines including bath and bedtime preparation
* Children’s laundry and keeping bedrooms/play areas tidy
* Organising playdates and activities during school holidays

* A strong communicator who works collaboratively with parents
* Someone confident caring for multiple children of different ages
