Exceptional Morning Nanny | Private Residence
A lovely family is seeking an engaging, proactive, and highly experienced Nanny to support the development of their delightful seven-month-old daughter at their warm, professional household environment in the heart of High Street Kensington where you will be treated as a valued member of the family team. We are looking for morning hours ideally from 8am to 1pm with flexibility for the right candidate. The ideal candidate takes pride in fostering a nurturing environment while facilitating early-years milestones with grace and expertise. We are seeking a native Mandarin-speaker to provide our daughter with a rich, immersive language environment from the outset. Alternative language skills would be German or Spanish to help build a multi-lingual foundation for her future.
Working alongside a professional mother transitioning from maternity leave back to her career, you will take full "ownership" of the morning routine. Your expertise will be highly valued in:
- Routine Excellence: Refining and maintaining a bespoke daily schedule that prioritizes the baby’s wellbeing and developmental leaps.
- Curated Socialization: Accompanying our daughter to local baby classes and playgroups to encourage social confidence.
- Nursery Management: Handling all aspects of baby-related care, including meticulous bottle management, laundry, and the preparation of fresh, nutritious meals as she embarks on her weaning journey.
- Collaborative Care: As Mum will be working primarily from home, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a collaborative presence while maintaining a professional boundaries and a seamless flow to the day.
Key requirements would strong experience with infants (specifically the 6–12 month stage), a current enhanced DBS check and a valid Pediatric First Aid certification. We value a nanny who is intuitive, organized, and brings "suggestions, not just questions"—someone who can proactively advise on developmental toys, food textures, and routine adjustments. Salary is in the region of £22–£23 gross per hour.
